A one room unit with 2 full beds, private bath, private entrance and patio is also available during the fall and spring only.

Lake Dolan, walking distance from the unit, features a sandy beach for swimming with mountain fed water, park benches, picnic areas, a walking/bike path and a basketball court. Restaurants, shopping and mini golf nearby.

• NOTE: Short term rates above for 1 or 2 bedroom unit are adjusted for number of people occupying unit and specific dates. The 2 bedroom unit accommodates 6-8 people including kids. The 1 bedroom unit accommodates 2-5 people with pullout couch and rollaway bed. Nightly minimums are required on most holiday weekends.

• PAYMENT: We accept CASH,POSTAL MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, TRAVELLER'S CHECK, or WIRE TRANSFER with signed registration form. Renters maintain unit. Minimum age of all renters is 21; minors must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian. Full payment is generally required for short notice reservations. One night's refundable security and 30 -45 days' cancellation for most reservations; cancellation fee may apply.

Maintained as PET-FREE and NON-SMOKING.  Rates and information are subject to change at any time and during holidays, festivals and special events. Reservations cannot be held without payment.
